Mark first joined M.L.P. Management/A.M.D Development in 1994, a few years after graduating from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. At that time he was in charge of construction management and development. After leaving M.L.P./A.M.D. to found a successful homebuilding company, Mark returned in 2000 to serve as President. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of M.L.P. Management, as well as leading its development arm A.M.D. Development.
As Regional Property Manager of M.L.P. Management Company, Karen is responsible for all aspects of day to day management of 28 apartment complexes. She also oversees the on-site managers and maintenance staff. Karen joined M.L.P. Management Company in September 1997 as an administrative assistant to the owner. In 1998, she was promoted to Accounts Manager and April 2009 she became the Regional Property Manager. Karen is a graduate of Lexington Community College with a degree in Computer Information Systems and also the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
Victoria Taylor, Housing Specialist, joined our company in August 2012. She is responsible for USDA, Tax Credit Compliance, HUD Special Claims and Vouchers. Victoria also works closely with agencies such as Kentucky Housing, Rural Development and HUD. Being a Lexingtonian, she graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Accounting.
