A. Myers Davis Development Company, Inc., the parent company of M.L.P. Management Company was founded in 1979 in Lexington, Kentucky. From 1979-1984 A.M.D. developed numerous residential subdivisions, which lead to the construction and sale of hundreds of single-family residences.
Beginning in 1985 our organization’s focus was broadened to multi-family apartment development and construction. We have concentrated on the affordable housing need of Kentucky’s individuals, families and elderly/disabled/handicapped persons; often utilizing the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
Our expertise ranges from site selection, site development, building construction and property management.
