M.L.P. Management Company's goal is to provide the finest in full service property management. Our company specializes in managing multi-family apartment housing, IRS Section 42 (tax credit) and USDA/RD 515 (affordable) properties throughout the state of Kentucky. We also have a long history of conventional property management allowing us to support the entire spectrum of residential real estate.
