History

A. Myers Davis Development Company, Inc., the parent company of M.L.P. Management Company, was founded in 1979 in Lexington, Kentucky. From 1979-1984, we developed numerous residential subdivisions, which led to the construction and sale of hundreds of single-family residences by our company. Beginning in 1985 our organization's focus was broadened to multi-family apartment development and construction. We have concentrated on the affordable housing needs of Kentucky's individuals, families, and elderly/disabled/handicapped persons; often utilizing the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Our expertise ranges from site selection, site development, building construction, and property management. Today, M.L.P. Management Company supervises 20 apartment complexes, consisting of 659 units, in 13 cities throughout Kentucky.
